Falling For My Boss

Rule #1 of working for your best friend’s older brother?
Don’t fall for your boss.
(Oops.)

I needed a job.
Logan Carter needed an assistant.
It should have been simple.

Except Logan is grumpy, growly, and way too gorgeous for my own good. He’s also my best friend’s older brother, which means he’s 100% off-limits. But when he hires me to keep his life—and his company—from falling apart, I realize two things:

1. Logan is an absolute workaholic who needs to be reminded that sleep and happiness are real things.

2. The way he looks at me when he thinks I’m not paying attention? Dangerous. Very, very dangerous.

I can’t fall for my boss. Not when I need this job. Not when he’s the most frustrating, stubborn man on the planet.
And definitely not when one tiny, toe-curling, totally unprofessional kiss turns into a whole lot more.

This is a disaster waiting to happen.

So why does it feel like we’re falling in all the right ways?
